512-471-3515
Student Services Building - 5th Floor

All groups are free and confidential.

Thursdays 3:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Do you find yourself:

  • Drifting off during lectures or conversations?
  • Spacing out when reading or studying?
  • Getting off track on important tasks because you get distracted?
  • Daydreaming rather than focusing?

If so, check out this on-going, open-enrollment group focusing on identifying factors that cause attention-related problems, learning strategies for coping with challenges to attention, and participating in a supportive group of other students with similar goals.

In most Cases, before joining a group or class, students meet with the group leaders to determine if a particular group or class is a good fit for them. To set up a pre-group interview, please call 512-471-3515.
