Beginning November 5th for 5 weeks

  • Are you feeling stressed out and overwhelmed by all of the demands on your time and energy?
  • Do you find yourself studying for hours and then struggling to comprehend what you've read or learned?
  • Do you find yourself zoning out in front of the TV or computer even though you have a lot to do?

If the answer to any of these is "yes," then the Creative Tools for Stress Management class may be just the ticket! As much as we like to separate the brain and the body where stress is concerned, they are actually intricately linked. In order to move through the world with maximum efficiency and effectiveness, we have to get both brain and body on board towards the goal. Join us for this active and experiential 4-week class in which we incorporate practical techniques and tools for rejuvenating and engaging both hemispheres of the brain to increase your ability to manage and channel stress in a way that works for you instead of against you.
