"I found the freedom that comes from acknowledging that I can only be myself. I don't have the pressure of needing to have every day to be optimally efficient and 'successful' in order to feel worthwhile. I am grateful for the tools and insights that I gained in the Courage to Be Imperfect class."

"I had dealt with debilitating anxiety for many years. The doctors and counselors at the Counseling and Mental Health Center work extremely hard to stay on top of the most up to date information to provide to the students. They focus on what individuals need to overcome their obstacles through one-on-one and group counseling. Thanks to the Counseling and Mental Health Center I am now anxiety free!"
