All groups are free and confidential.

Tuesdays 3 pm - 4:15 pm

True or False: When I take a test...

  1. My anxiety keeps me from performing to my potential.
  2. I go in to the test prepared but my mind goes blank.
  3. My heart races and all I can think about is failing.
  4. I'm so anxious that I rush to get it over with.

If you answered "true" to any of the above questions, you may benefit from this four-week class, in which you will learn to improve study skills and habits, practice mindful test-taking, use anxiety to your advantage, and develop a "game plan" for test day.

In most Cases, before joining a group or class, students meet with the group leaders to determine if a particular group or class is a good fit for them. To set up a pre-group interview, please call 512-471-3515.
