Mindfulness Meditation Group

512-471-3515
Student Services Building - 5th Floor

All classes and groups are free and confidential.

Every Tuesday
12:15 p.m. to 12:50 p.m.
SSB 5th floor

Whether you've never meditated or have been practicing for years, the mindfulness meditation group can offer support for a new practice or an ongoing one. Chairs, cushions, and bolsters are all available to support you in sitting whichever way is most comfortable for you. We typically meditate for 20 minutes, take a break for any questions, and then continue meditating for the remainder of the time.

This drop-in group requires no registration and is open to all UT students, faculty, and staff. Simply show up on any Tuesday, while classes are in session, that are convenient for you. Accommodations are made for late arrivals so, if you're running behind, please don't let that stop you from joining the group.

For any question, please contact Keith Arrington, LCSW or Cary Tucker, RN, LCSW

If you would like to learn meditation, please contact Keith or Cary and plan on arriving 15 minutes early.
