Grief is a natural result of having a family member, or someone close to you, die. Understanding and facing our grief, and the range of emotions we feel, helps us cope with loss. The Coping with Grief and Loss group will provide a space where students can come to understand the grieving process, gain support and learn from others who are grieving, and develop ways of coping during the process of grief.
