6 Join one of our groups at the Counseling and Mental Health Center.
5 Try our anonymous mental health screener.
4 Find out how you can help a friend in distress.
3 If you are worried about a friend and want to consult with an on-campus professional about their situation, contact the Behavior Concerns Advice Line.
2 Join a campus group that supports mental health on campus such as our Student Advisory Committee (send an email to Jane Bost at if you're interested in applying) or To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA) - Texas. Find out more by joining their facebook group: TWLOHA Texas or searching the Office of the Dean of Students' Registered Student Organization Database

And the number one way to get involved with mental health on this campus...
